This all connects directly to Salesforce Field Service, enabling them to streamline their service, and dispatch technicians based on their availability, repair type, and proximity to the job site, ensuring a more efficient and responsive service.

The Salesforce Field Service Mobile App has simplified day-to-day operations for their roof technicians, allowing them to visually document deficiencies on an aerial image and quickly indicate the materials used. This has replaced the need for heavy physical documentation, streamlining the work order creation process from 10 minutes, down to just 31 seconds.
