Protecting our People and Looking Forward
At NeuraFlash our top priority is always our employees. Our people are what make NeuraFlash the incredible company that it is and we will always make sure the health and safety of our team, their families and our communities come first.
As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are joining the world in taking proactive steps to keep our team and their families safe. Following the guidelines of government officials, we have asked our team to work from home and suspend all business travel for the time being. Thankfully, we work in an industry where remote work is common and can be done successfully. Today, we have 40+ remote team members across the country. So this is just another day “at the office” for them. But just because we are remote, doesn’t mean the fun or the innovative work will stop!
The Fun. To keep our unique culture thriving, our employee experience team has rallied and set up weekly virtual events like happy hours and trivia nights to continue to keep the team connected despite the social distancing. We love our people and being remote gives us more opportunities to connect with each other than before!
Innovation. Our team is more driven than ever to help businesses deal with the aftermath that COVID-19 may bring. Many companies and some entire industries have been thrusted into and now have to quickly figure out the digital world. Customer care teams are being overwhelmed with concerned consumers, manual work needs to now be digitized, and consumers are hunkering down in their homes and turning to digital channels as a way to interact with the world. We foresee the impact this will have and are gearing up to help businesses get back on their feet and start thriving again.
“We are very fortunate to work in an industry where remote work is common, and we can continue to be productive and deliver innovative, best-in-class Salesforce experiences to our customers. Our team was already prepared for a remote world, so it’s exciting to see the team continue to support each other and thrive in the current climate. During this difficult time, we’re encouraging everyone to stay positive and keep up the great work!” - T. Brett Chisholm, NeuraFlash CEO
Looking Forward, the NeuraFlash executive team is continuing to carefully monitor the situation and keep our employees and our customers informed on any event cancelations or meetings. We’re all in this together, for our communities, for our families and for our coworkers.
Let us know if we can help you in any way during this crisis.
