This year, we were selected as an exclusive partner to implement the first wave of Agentforce projects— including a project so successful that it was highlighted at Dreamforce, and continues to receive widespread attention today! This success was an important component in NeuraFlash being recognized as the leading implementation partner for Agentforce Service Agent in Salesforce's press release of the product. - June 2024: Arbonne NeuraFlash partnered with Arbonne to transform their contact center operations by implementing Amazon Connect. This 90-day project led to a 25% increase in cost savings, streamlined operations, and enhanced customer service efficiency.

Together, we developed an enhanced Experience Cloud solution, creating a unified platform for agent support and community engagement.
