NeuraFlash Welcomes Tim Long, New Senior Director of Sales - Salesforce Field Service

Tim Long, life long learner and mentor, has over 9 years of experience in building field service teams and developing product offerings, which has earned him a distinguished reputation in the industry as a trusted leader.
What started out as a passion for technology soon turned into a booming career. Following his tenure as an experienced instructor at Brevard College, Tim embarked on a new venture in the contact center industry with a small boutique firm. Now by joining NeuraFlash, a company with that similar boutique feel, Tim has come full circle, experiencing a significant milestone in his professional life.
In 2014, Tim entered the world of Salesforce and took on various roles before eventually assuming the position of Senior Director of Field Service. During the duration of his time there, he drove significant success in field operations for numerous manufacturing organizations and played a crucial role in forming a tiger team of field service solution engineers in the commercial space. He then went on to lead a team of over 30 experienced solution engineers across the CMT (communications, media & technology), CBS (consumer & business services), and MAE (manufacturing, automotive & energy) industries, contributing greatly to the growth and expansion of the company.
As the Senior Director of Sales- Field Service here at NeuraFlash, Tim's leadership will not only contribute to the development of our sales pipeline, but also leverage the tremendous market potential to transform the field operations of our customers. Under his guidance, as we expand our range of Salesforce Field Service solutions, bundles, and offerings, we will be on the right path forward to becoming the #1 Salesforce Field Service partner globally.
