NeuraFlash Welcomes Joanna Bird, New VP of Sales- Amazon Connect
It is with much excitement that we welcome Joanna Bird to the NeuraFlash team!
Joanna, an innovative and results-driven leader with years of experience in cloud-based contact center technology, was most recently an Enterprise Sales Specialist for Amazon Connect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led GTM efforts to drive adoption and prioritize the launch of Amazon Connect in the Canadian region. During her tenure at AWS, Joanna helped newly formed teams get off the ground by creating processes, documenting best practices, leading training for peers, and building a strong network of internal cross-functional teams and external partners to scale. Prior to her experience at AWS, Joanna spent much of her career in financial services before moving into technology. She credits DocuSign for her entry and further passion for technology by saying “I was telling a friend how much I loved using this tool (DocuSign) and they replied, ‘why don’t you just work there?’ So that’s what I did. And it was the best career move I’ve ever made.”
As Vice President of Sales for Amazon Connect here at NeuraFlash, Joanna will be focused on growing our partnership with AWS to provide expertise in customer-experience technology and contact center migrations. Joanna is excited for the opportunity to help AWS customers build innovative and future-proof contact centers with Amazon Connect. Her strategic relationships, developed from her years experience at AWS, will contribute to the development and growth of our business within the Amazon Connect and AWS ecosystem.

- Joanna is from a town of 1,000 people in Wisconsin, where she grew up in the gym playing basketball for her mom, and later for the nearby University of Wisconsin-Stout.
- In her free time, you’ll find Joanna in the kitchen. She has a passion for baking and loves hosting friends and family gatherings.
- Joanna enjoys a great bottle of red wine shared with friends (in wine country).
