With over 25 years of experience in the Conversational User Interface and AI industries, Hebner brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our new division.
Salesforce's Agentforce Platform represents a significant breakthrough in combining AI and human intelligence to transform customer interactions. NeuraFlash has been a long-time leader in this space as one of the first partners to implement key innovations such as Salesforce Einstein Bots and Service Cloud Voice. Now, we're honored to be selected as an exclusive partner to pilot Agentforce, recently highlighted at Dreamforce, and are ready to help customers unlock its full potential as it becomes generally available next month.
Hebner’s career began in development, building conversational systems at Voice Integrators Inc. He later joined Nuance Communications, where he led product innovation in AI and conversational design, eventually becoming head of the division in 2019. As one of the key technical leaders, he played a pivotal role in developing Nuance’s most critical AI technologies. Learn more about his time at Nuance here. With a 25-year track record of driving change through AI and contact center transformations, Hebner has led cutting-edge projects, including building some of the earliest IVR systems and improving customer experiences for major airlines like US Airways and Delta.
